Success is simple, do what's right, the right way at the right time.

While at our work or our family and community life, there are always circumstances that make us tremble and trouble our good attitude.

We enjoy having fun with friends and we try to have some spare time for the family, specially if we are raising one.

Every day situations put on us a test to everything what we believe or perform.

And talking with a new friend I met in this conference, he explained me how he could overcome all his difficulties and problems until he made it big.

My friend's name is Jorge, he is a TV producer and as everyone who has started a new business without too much knowledge, Jorge as a new immigrant in the United States started by accident.

He just bought a Video Camera and his friend started to ask him to video tape, life's events: baptisms, quinceaneras, birthday parties, etc.

He managed to learn how to edit videos himself and suddenly, Jorge had a part time business that was more profitable during the spring, summer and fall seasons; since people never plan to celebrate in winter.

His clientele grew more and more and he got contracts to create commercials and he got the chance to produce for one of the main Latino TV networks. And with his own words he says: Success is like a recipe: to do the right thing the right way at the right time.

How many time did you fail? -I asked- A lot -he replied- since I didn't have enough instruction it was

harder for me I wish I had had a mentor or somebody who taught me about my job. But I used the lack of a mentor on my advantage.

How ? - I asked him- Well, I was eager to learn every single new thing and since I knew I only had one way to learn and it was error and failure I tried to make the less mistakes a could do.

In the beginning there were a lot of mistakes but once I knew those were mistakes, I corrected them and then I faced new ones but not the same as he grew up he acquire experiences that enriched his professional life.

Now Jorge is well known in the Capital of The United States of America as well as in Washington DC and Maryland. A three state metropolis vibrant and growing.

He is one example or courage and persistence.

As he ended this conversation he just told me he had to go back to work. Some type of new venture that includes Internet TV.

I never stop, he says, and since I had to learn everything from scratch, I like to dedicate my full attention to what I have to do in order to do it the right way at the right time.

Dare to Imagine the good of things

When asked about the logic of things you might be a real master.
You could explain why you are in the position you are in your current job.
Your effort and expertise put you in such an amazing career and job.......but you are still not realized as a human being, you still want or need more, according to your thoughts.

Lack of imagination can refrain you from seeing beyond your cubicle's wall.

It's not right if you spend in wonderland imagining and staying aways from the reality that exists in your office the whole day. Believe me, that can cause you problems too.

But you still can use your brain to imagine how to improve yourself or your workers.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying you have to be that type or maquiavelical maniac thinking abut how to make your workers or clients to stumble in order to prove how good you are; but to allow those neurons to work freely and create a sane environment for your workers or associates to bring new ideas to the company table.

Ask yourself,
If i take that decision, what if....... or what for I'm taking such a decision.
Then once you found yourself what it is, the rest can be less complicated.

Keep in mind that you are the one in your life and now one has taken decisions other than yourself.
It's true that your company might have exercises for you and your co workers to bring creative ideas. It's true that you might have a boss that is the head of everything and he/she does not like smarts other than him/her.

That's the challenge.
To be productive, creative and keep yourself together.
Try to develop a positive tag line; some thing like: "I always do things right" or "I always have good ideas"
Those slogans or tag lines can be repeated by you all the time.

With that exercise you assure to your own self that your positive attitude and your creative gene is always active and you take good care to recharge that concept in you properly.

Imagine how much time you spend being unhappy.
Isn't it a waste?
Waste of everything: energy, attention, concentration, time, life and much more.

Are you happy?
Being happy is a choice and is also a state of the mind.
There are so many people and factors trying to get a piece of your happiness and most of the times you allow it.

Happiness can be anything. To learn to be happy is a choice of your own mind.
From the moment you wake up everyday, the natural impulse of your inner being is to feel anger because you have to set that time to go to work, study, etc. 

The best example of the masters in happiness are children with less resources that learn how to be happy with less than other children with more resources.
They just are conscious of their boundaries and they choose to feel happy with less.
They find useless to feel unhappy and consider a waste of time complaining and they use every single moment they can get, to be or to feel happy.

Can we be happy?
That answer is very diverse and will depend on the measurement of what we can let go of things that bother us instead of wanting to allow things to bother more than what they really can.
In other words, if give them the enough importance they will affect us causing us unhappiness.

When we allow things to affect us, we are just giving those element the right to interfere in our quietness and affect us directly.
We then turn into irascible beings incapable of reasoning and our ability for problem solving lowers and we spend more time in problems that have simple solutions.

Are those elements worth that we change our mood for bad?
Not really, 
We live everyday allowing 90% of our environment to affect our life.
We do not know how to handle the 10% that really happen to us and we mess the following 90% of our day, week, month.

Now that you know where it is, do not allow that to affect you and by default you could live a longer life focusing in things that really matter.
Identify the element that trigers your unhappiness, isolate it and do not allow it steals your inner peace and affect your love ones.

Don't Give Up !!!

Have you ever heard that? That story sounds familiar for you huh?

Why to give up? If you are just a few steps, days, months of achieving success !!

I'll tell why:

Because you have no idea where success is or can be.

You know why?

Because you didn't plan ahead of time; before you started your venture or idea.

I remember the day I saw my cousin to quit what he was doing just because he didn't achieve his goal on his terms.

He/She wanted to achieve such a goal in his/her own way, at his/her own time and when he/she wanted. Truth is, that when you plan ahead of time, you still can modify those aspects that might make you change your plans slightly until you aim in the real deadline according to your effort.

When doing creative work, yes, time is an enemy. But why does it have to be the same in repetitive tasks that you perform while are your regular work?

It is important to plan ahead of time. It saves you anger, frustration and failure.

Human emotions are just an unavoidable thing.

Do you want an advice?

Analyze yourself before you plan or start your creative work.

Put in consideration, your health, your time, your family events and as much as you can of your everyday life.

Then, separate your goal in small goals that can be achieved systematically and realistically.

Divide in segments and start one by one until you achieve each one of them and keep following until the next one is done and so one.

You'll realize how simple was achieve your main goal

Attitude is as important as your goal itself.

Are you going to keep the same enthusiasm down the road until you get where you want to get?

The key here is to keep your attitude and your mood as when you started.

How can you do that?

Well, develop that good habit to achieve and get results and then reward yourself with small awards.

Then come back to work until it's done. Just keep going, everything will be alright.

It is said that when you do something you like, then, the rest comes by default or automatically.

I insist that you pay special attention to this because when you focus in success it seems the more you want it, the more it slips over your hands and it seems a never ending quest.

Then you realize that there are many people in the world who seem to be successful just for nothing and that in every task they perform, they achieve excellence and more success, causing a frustration to people that put special efforts in getting there.

Success is simple but as Mr. Einstein said try not to become a man -or woman- of success, but rather try to become one of value.

Let's say you add value to every single thing you do or put value in every single action you perform. This will cause your peers or clients to notice that extra effort or extra value you put and they will start making you a favorite person to deal with.

They might start asking for you tom come more often to take their provision list or they'd rather to receive your phone call instead of dealing with someone else in your company.

You might then be called by your boss who will tell you that there are clients you satisfy properly and to keep it that way.

Now you have more value in your company; and guess what? You could ask for that raise of salary or rank you think you deserve. After a while you could have an extra value to negotiate with your boss to get what you want or get a better position in your company.

No matter what you do, if you can add that extra concept more than one person will notice and you'll become more and more important not only in your job, but in your whole life; it's a concept to develop.

That concept can be applied to a boss as well as to an employee.

If to a boss; it will make you look better as a more competent and more capable person to be in front of your employees and they will prefer to be under your supervision instead of moving to another departments in the same company.

If to an employee; will make you look better in front of your superiors and they might start considering you for a raise or to be candidate of promotion to a higher rank.

Is it difficult?

Not really, all you need is to pay attention to what you do and how can you do it better or make a slight change that your clients or friends would like to receive while dealing with them. Is that simple.

Then you have to develop the habit to keep adding value to what you do. The rest will come automatically.

These words have implicit the willingness to act and to keep an attitude of I can or I have to try.


When you have a business what you usually do is to rely on your subalterns who work for you, they can be your assistants, team group or co workers. But you then fall into a lets call it a work mode of commodity where you feel you work less and less and you still get your goals completed.


I have to tell you that when that happens your fall could be closer than what you think. Here is why.

Mind is tricky and plays you a game where your ego makes you believe that you are a real star and as a consequence you pay less attention to minimum details.


Have you ever heard the phrase: “The devil is in the details”?

Hehehe, it's true.


As a business man or business woman when paying less attention to those minimum details you put in risk your whole job position and also could risk your own company or the one you are working for.


If you are less attentive to everything is happening around you, then, you might be relying too much in your workers who might have detected your lassitude and as a result would not be worrying of what they have
to do since you have given them this example.


In the other hand you might find yourself in the illusion that you really are special, because your real work week is less than 40 hours and instead you only really work 10 and you think that the sun is raising because of you in that company.


Well, you are wrong. Get your batteries charged again and pay attention to what's happening; no matter if you had a headache before or after work or if you think your providers are all against you. It's in you mind now. The battle is in your mind and you better play well the game or it will be a game over for you or your company very soon.


Now, If you bring your job problems home, the end is near. You family would pay the price of your troubled mind and you'll get the cycle of anxiety that will reach you at work endlessly.


Why don't you just exercise your mind and body and retake what's your work used to be?

Find someone who evaluates you if you can't evaluate yourself ; and fix the problems that can be solved as soon as possible, then, go for the more and more complicated tasks until you finish the list.


If you do something at the time you are working, then do it well, and keep in mind that the less you fail in your regular work activities and take care of every single details you do, chances are less to fail in
your whole laboring life.

USA USCIS Launched Online Immigration System: ELIS

WASHINGTON— U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) today launched the first phase of its electronic immigration benefits system, known as USCIS ELIS. The system has been created to modernize the process for filing and adjudicating immigration benefits.  “Today marks a significant milestone in our agency’s history,” said USCIS Director Alejandro Mayorkas. “We have launched the foundation for the web-based future of our agency and our immigration benefits system. USCIS ELIS will transform how we interact with our customers and how we manage the 6-7 million applications we receive each year.”

This initial launch brings the agency closer to realizing the future of immigration services. Beginning May 22, 2012, individuals can establish a USCIS ELIS account and apply online to extend or change their nonimmigrant status for certain visa types. Eligible individuals include foreign citizens who travel to the United States temporarily to study, conduct business, receive medical treatment, or visit on vacation. USCIS ELIS will also enable USCIS officers to review and adjudicate online filings from multiple agency locations across the country.
Historically, USCIS customers have had to apply for most benefits by mail and USCIS employees then review paper files and ship documents between offices to complete their adjudication. Today’s launch signifies an important step forward and is the first of several releases. Future releases will add form types and functions to the system, gradually expanding to cover filing and adjudication for all USCIS immigration benefits.
This important transition for America’s immigration benefits system will take time and continued dedication to fully implement. Following this first release, USCIS anticipates making adjustments and improvements in response to user feedback. This process will enable USCIS to continually enhance the user experience for both customers and USCIS employees. It will also allow the agency to smooth the transition to electronic filing over time, mindful of those individuals without computer access and the agency’s commitment to serve our diverse customer base.
Benefits of using USCIS ELIS include filing applications and paying fees online, shorter processing times, and the ability to update user profiles, receive notices, and respond to requests electronically. The system also includes tools to combat fraud and identify national security concerns.
Mayorkas attributed today’s successful launch to the steadfast dedication of the USCIS workforce. “USCIS employees believe in the transformation of our agency from a paper-based to an online environment. 8 Errores Al Comenzar Tu Negocio

1- Haber esperador demasiado para comenzarlo.
Estas viendo las oportunidades y aun no te decides en abrir tu negocio?
Eso quizas es por que esperas que todo esté perfecto, que las estrellas esten en la posición adecuada y que el dia que te han dicho sera el dia de la suerte que nunca llega.
No queremos decir con esto que no te tomarás tu tiempo en hacer los cálculos para iniciar tu nuevo negocio, sino que postergarás negligentemente iniciar porque esperas que todo sea óptimo. Deberás saber que no todo estara en perfecto lugar a la hora de abrir un negocio.
Aprende que si el momento es AHORA, es entonces AHORA que deberás iniciar.

2- No hacer un estudio adecuado antes de pensar en abrir tu negocio
Iniciar el negocio con la idea de que talvez te ira bien es como iniciar la guerra pensando que talvez no te van a herir.
Iniciar es comenzar pero tambien significa que debiste haber hecho algun estudio previo de el nuevo negocio que pretendes iniciar.

3- No tomar en cuenta los errores de otros.
Vaya, vaya..... viste que al amigo de tu vecino le fue mal en el negocio porque hizo un mal calculo en su presupuesto?
No piensas tomar en cuenta ese detalle u otros que aparecen por ahi?
Es importante aprender de personas que antes ya han tenido ese tipo de negocio que estas por iniciar y que estudies cuales son los retos a enfrentar, ademas, tambien es bueno aprender a conocer que hacer cuando esos retos aparezcan a la vista de el posible negocio que vas a iniciar.


4- No practicar el orden de las prioridades.
Es un poco confuso? No creas, es simple.
Significa que lo primero es lo primero.
No inicies un nuevo negocio por el final.
Comienzalo desde el principio de las prioridades que trae consigo el tipo de empresa que vas a iniciar.
Tómate tu tiempo para cada fase de la organizacion de tu nuevo negocio, estudia, practica, haz tu tarea, muestra resultados y no esperes que nadie haga ese trabajo por ti.


5- No estar pendiente de tu negocio.
Esta regla es muy importante porque quizas estes fatigado de todo el tiempo, esfuerzo, dinero, recursos y mas detalles que costo que pasarás para poder abrir tu nuevo negocio; y ahora quieres no sentirte atado al hecho de que si no estas al frente, tu empresa se desplomará.
Tienes que ser disciplinado para organizar cada actividad a la que le vas a dedicar ese tiempo.
Tu dedicacion y compromiso hara que los que te rodean se contagien de tu valor y coraje para seguir adelante en la empresa de servicios y o productos.

6- No hacer publicidad.
Otro de los peores errores es pensar que ya solo porque eres conocido en tu ciudad la gente llegará a tu negocio como los zombies.
No es así. Sería mejor que presupuestaras algo para la publicidad de tu negocio y el mercadeo de tus productos.
Los negocios son buenos cuando tienen buena publicidad, buen servicio, buenos productos y buena atención al cliente.
Debes de crear una manera de llamar la atencion ya sea por referencias o los medios de comunicación.

7- No ofrecer precios competitivos.
Imagina que tienes un buen local, una buena zona en la ciudad en la que estableciste tu nuevo negocio, pero los precios son superiores en cantidad pero no en calidad de los productos que vendes.
Debes de competir en precios de productos o servicios.
Es recomendable buscar la mejor manera de que además de todo, los productos cumplan con el objetivo de hacer felices a tus clientes o al menos que los hagan sentir satisfechos.


8- No saber cuando cerrar tu negocio.
Iniciaste tu negocio, creciste, te multiplicaste en tu negocio, pero un mal manejo o algun otro factor comienza a mermar tu negocio al grado de disminuir el flujo de ingresos.
Es ahora donde deberas ajustar las tuercas para que no continue el proceso de caida. Pero sin embargo no lo puedes evitar y el fracaso de tu empresa esta a la vista.
Y tu no decides terminar tu negocio a tiempo!!! Ese sería el ultimo error.
Es mejor quedar en una posición mas o menos estable a caer hasta el fondo.
Imagina la fama si esperas hasta tocar el fondo de el fracaso de tu empresa. Es preferible salir con la frente en alto y no salir arrastrando tu derrota

5- Rule your business.
Rule your business with passion and devotion to provide help to others. Keep it simple and make it big.
Be disciplined in your every day activities so people see how good is your commitment to provide services or products.

6- Create buzz.
Creating buzz has to be a number one priority. This can be achieved using a word of mouth technique as well as a good marketing campaign oriented to your public.
Plan what, when and how to approach to your customers and loyal fans.

7- Be competitive.
Compete as many times as you can. Show them what you got and how your product or service can make them feel satisfied. You can do it.

8- If you stop doing business.
Leave as the big ones; Don’t let them see you in a bad position. Just leave the business scene as one of the best in the market.

That was the score in the last game changing the history of every game we saw in the past until now.
It happens that El Salvador hasn't won any game against the Costa Rica soccer selection in many years; until last Saturday, when we saw the El Salvador soccer team coordinated with good intentions for scoring and who also knew how to handle their animosity even when they received an anotation from Costa Rica putting the score as a tie.

Now Coach De Los Cobos is preparing a new El Salvador who is willing to destroy any bad name that they have earned during the past.

El Salvador players have experienced something that they didn't know they had before: "Their high potential" . They didn't know how good they were until this new era has arrived. We see them running like the best soccer players of the world, we see them intercepting the ball as if they had an unknow impulse that makes them fly or win the ball and recovering after annotations have been made against them just to come back stronger and tie the game and win it.

No doubt that if they continue with such ambition to win they could go very far in the tournament and to be an example for El Salvador generations to see what can be done achieved fter a change of mentallity mainly inspired by the love to be the best.

To Bark Or No To Bark in the USA

Today we're going to talk about something that has been happening in our community and is about to the zero tolerance we are seeing and how that is affecting our society or community life.

Zero tolerance has been an old problem, but now we see it with those immigrants living among us today.

One of my friends came to me the other day told me about one problem that he's having right now in his neighborhood:

He leaves in a community where everybody have dogs and one of his neighbors came to him telling him that his dog barks too much and that barking bothers her too much.

She told him to enter his dog early because every morning she heard the barking dog outside and that disturbed during the daytime. My friend agreed to bring his dog inside more so this lady could feel he is cooperative.
But recently the lady called him saying that the dog barks too much during the day and that he had to do something about it.

Now friends, imagine to live every day amidst non tolerant people and also can you imagine how difficult is to live in the neighborhood where everybody have dogs, where everybody had barking dogs and where the neighbors only have ears for your dog’s bark and you are the only one there who is different than them? I bet you can.

We also can't imagine how difficult could be to be in that lady’s dog's flesh we don't even know if she is a good owner of her own dog and we try to imagine that her dog also can be an abused dog by her. Since she complains about one single barking dog, her dog can't be a lucky dog. But anyway she just doesn’t care how people evaluates her as a dog owner; because what she wants is to show how to harass people like my friend just because the color of his skin.

Now my friends we have one simple idea about how things are in neighborhoods today, where we have different people leaving in America, working in America, surviving in America.
My immigrant friend that I just mentioned in this the story is a normal guy. He works, but doesn't have benefits as normal American people have, neither he has a health insurance. He is very respectful as well as responsible but he has a bad neighbor, even when she looks like a good person.

As much as I know these immigrants came to the USA to work, and many of them are extremely good workers. They do the work that many Americans don’t want to do; and in exchange they just ask for some respect.
I’m not saying that all of them are good people, but what I'm saying is that it would be nice to show some respect to people who embrace our ideals, our dreams and who also are contributing to make a better America.

La otra America

Esta ha sido una jornada en la que parece las cosas se ponen medio dificiles.
Cada vez que leemos acerca de los crimenes de odio lo que nos pasa por la mente es alguien que se cree superior queriendole hacer dano que por lo general en ese momento esta indefenso o indefensa.
Pero en verdad esa conducta de supremacia tiene nombre que no muchos se atreven a usar, pero si revisamos por ejemplo wikipedia encontraremos la manera que se define pero aun no la usa para describir dicha conducta.
Esta palabra que es la mas acertada, la utilizan los medios de comunicacion para describir acciones que ponen en peligro la seguridad de una nacion o region.
Pero los medios y las leyes no quieren llamarla asi para describir la conducta de sus ciudadanos por alguna razon que podria hacer ver que existe malicia intencionada para no tener que perseguir a muchos que estarian incluso formando parte de los organismos gubernamentales.
Que como se le llama a la conducta de supremacia?

Pues de acuerdo a wikipedia se le llama TERRORISMO, si es una forma de terrorismo.
Terrorismo Racial, pero no deja de ser terrorismo.
Que pasaria si hubieran personas que en verdad quisieran proponer leyes que conviertan esta practica un delito?
Probablemente mas de los que pudieramos imaginar se verian involucrados al punto de crear un caos en todas las esferas de la sociedad.
Terrorismo racial, porque no se le convierte en el verdadero delito?
La respuesta sera siempre una conjetura con especulacion. Pero no hay duda que existen manos que se encargan de que no se de a conocer o nombrar de dicha manera.
Pero asi como se hizo historia eligiendo a un presidente Afroamericano tambien seremos testigos de como se cambia la historia cuando tengamos mas diversidad en los organismos del estado asi como cuando la gente entienda la realidad que se vive a diario y decidan que desean cambiar su destino y por ende la historia.

Desastre

Este dia en Maryland una calle se abrió y una tuberia de agua se rompió causando que 7 vehículos se atascaran.

Sus ocupantes fueron retirados de sus vehículos en helicoptero; además, fueron llevados al hospital mas cercano por supuestos signos de hipotermia.

Afortunadamente al momento de esta nota no se han reportado personas fallecidas.

QUE SUSTOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

Te imaginas ir por la calle y que esta se abra soltando chorros de agua helada? u\y lo peror de todos que tu carro este en medio del chorro?

La temperatura este dia ha estado entre los 12 Farenheit o 8 bajo cero en centigrados.

No quiero ni imaginar que tan helada habra estado el agua.

El helocoptero se los llevaba de cada carro levantandoles en una cesta que se dejaba caer cerca de las ventanas de los carros.

De lo que paso despues ya te imaginarás: el tráfico se paralizo por muchas horas, las maquinas limpian y limpian el lodo, las escuelas que estan en la ruta de la tuberia cierran 2 horas antes y todo parece que volverá a la normalidad pronto -Eso esperamos todos ;) -

Hombres o Mujeres?

Los hombres se han dormido en sus laureles tal parece que desde siempre en la historia.
Recientes estudios acerca de las diferencias de la capacidad intelectual entre los hombres y las mujeres, encontraron a las mujeres igualmente capaces que los hombres en pruebas de IQ o Coeficiente Intelectual.
Lo sorprendente es que las mujeres se han subestimado a si mismas por diversos motivos y los hombres se han sobre estimado a si mismos creando una brecha entre ambos sexos en cuanto al tema de quien es mas capaz o inteligente que el otro.
Otro detalle ha sido que las mujeres son inferiores en intelecto a los hombres y el ego masculino ha hecho creer a los hombres superiores a las mujeres.
Es de notar que los hombres han sacado una mayor calificación que las mujeres de forma mínima y los investigadores acuerdan que los hombres tienen esa tendencia de sacar mayor nota en tareas de especialización y las mujeres tienden a una elevada calificación en tareas de lenguaje, esto no es del todo cierto, ya que esto varia de acuerdo a factores diversos.
Ahora los expertos definen que las mujeres subestiman su capacidad intelectual en 5 puntos, mientras los hombres se sobreestiman en 5 puntos.
Otro punto a favor de estos estudios es el ego masculino y la humildad femenina.
Los resultados de los estudios no cambiaron a pesar de haberse desarrollado en diversos desde Argentina a Zimbabwe, sin cambios notables.
Los divertido del estudio es que ambos hombres y mujeres piensan que los hombres son mas listos e inteligentes que las mujeres.
En realidad aunque estos estudios arrojen pruebas fehacientes de los resultados, el hombre como la mujer permanecerán compitiendo entre si por muy largo rato aun.

Si no renovaste el TPS ni el Permiso de Trabajo

Lo que debes hacer si no renovaste el TPS

Cuando ves que el tiempo pasa sin poder lograr renovar el Permiso de Trabajo y literalmente se acaba, lo mejor sera que tomes cartas en el asunto lo mas pronto posible.

El servicio de inmigracion asigna un período temporal en el cual las personas amparadas al TPS o Estatus de Protección Temporal pueden continuar beneficiandose con todas las ventajas de continuar trabajando legalmente dentro de los Estados Unidos mientras dure vigente su Permiso de Trabajo.

Has de notar que una de las normativas es renovar tu Permiso de Trabajo junto con tu aplicación de Estatus de Proteccion Temporal de una sola vez para que pueda ser renovado satisfactoriamente.

Si la causa por la cual no renovaste es de fuerza mayor, y cuentas con algún documento que pueda probarlo, no pierdas mas tiempo; envía tu renovación acompañada de una nota en la cual pides disculpas a las oficinas de inmigración el no poder haber llenado o enviado a tiempo tu Renovacion del Permiso de Trabajo pero que tienes un documento que pides que revisen para que ellos consideren tu caso y acepten tu Renovacion Tardia.

Recuerda que detrás de el Servicio de Inmigración hay personas razonables que reciben todas las
documentaciones y leen las cartas que se les envían. Esto es para darte una idea que muchas veces ellos al ver y estudiar el motivo que fue ajeno a tu voluntad, aceptan la Renovacion Tardia de tu Permiso de Trabajo y Estatus de Proteccion Temporal; pero si la causa no es de fuerza mayor que te imposibilitara de forma real para que renovaras tu Permiso de Trabajo y TPS ellos no la aceptarán y puedes quedarte fuera de él y de sus beneficios.

La major es asesorarte con alguien que sepa y que sea una persona con experiencia en este tipo
de situaciones. Pero no dejes pasar el tiempo, actua ahora mismo y busca ayuda cuanto antes.

Comisiones AdHoc en El Salvador

Nuevamente
podemos observar la creciente necesidad de crear comisiones ad hoc que investiguen a los nacientes o crecientes grupos armados.

Es tal el descontento entre ciertos sectores que se dan a la tarea de crear
grupos cuya consigna sería desestablizar el gobierno.

No hay duda que no es esa la solución, pues El Salvador ya esta harto de tanta violencia, tanto sea que provenga de un bando o del otro; y asi mismo nuestra población desea estar tranquila y vivir feliz y en paz.

Al problema de la delincuencia se le sobre agregaría ahora el de los grupos que creen en la violencia como medio de convencimiento. Nuestro país se desangró ya
bastante en los años de Guerra que vivió; doce años es demasiado y los años que siguieron fueron lo bastante llenos de incertidumbre como para olvidarse.

Ha costado tanto levantarse y sigue costando con el fenómeno delincuencial que por moda o por muchas mas razones somete a nuestra población mas desprotegida.

Los grupos armados se gestan mientras nuestra pueblo no encuentra alternativas al uso de la violencia y al descontento de no poder obtener lo que desea a corto plazo.

Cuán bueno sería que hubieran entidades que les mostraran a nuestros jovenes a poder llegar a cumplir sus metas trazadas mediante la preparación academica y asi que aprendan que todo en la vida es un proceso que normalmente demora
períodos que son necesarios para poder desenvolver nuestras habilidades adquiridas.

Que hubiera entidades que enseñaran a crear y generar trabajo y mas empleos, a creer que es posible llegar al final de nuestras metas de la mejor manera sin tener que pasar por momentos amargos y dificiles. Por que siempre es mas dificil si no conocemos lo que emprendemos.

Mientras mas preparada esté nuestra población, más podrá enfrentar este mundo cambiante y cada vez más globalizado.

Ya no podemos quedarnos sin conocer; ya no podemos darnos ese lujo.

Es necesario que entendamos que hay todo un mundo en completa re –evolucion y lleno de oportunidades que pueden aprovecharse de la major manera y sin
perjudicar a nuestros semejantes.

Creo que nuestros hijos e hijas merecen vivir en un ambiente en el que se sientan seguros de trabajar y funcionar y asi tendremos cada vez mejores generaciones que
despuntarán no solo de a nivel nacional sino a nivel internacional dándonos
orgullos y haciendonos sentir que como Salvadoreños tenemos algo muy especial que podemos dar a todo el mundo y a todo aquel que nos conoce de manera individual.
